PT Paul is founded by Paul Nichols a Former Jetts Fitness Personal Trainer of the Year. All is life, Paul has been fitness focussed. From a young age Paul found a love for active living which naturally led him down a career path in fitness. It was, however his exploration into healthy lifestyles that has inspired him into the area he is now.
Paul has a tremendous passion for seeing people become happy, healthy people. He understands that each of these elements must work together to achieve the end result – feeling good physically and mentally.
Paul trains out of Jetts Fitness Kawana but is available for private consultations on request.
